You will communicate with employees; stakeholders and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker, wed like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the company's strategy for using technological resources
- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely
- Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure
- Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions
- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments.
- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each development.
- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics.
- Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them for us and our clients
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
- Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
- Develop technical aspects of the companys strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Help departments use technology profitably
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Use stakeholders feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
- 8+ years of experience
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Strategic thinking
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Language stack: Javascript, node.js, python, Solidity, react.js, WASM knowledge would be preferred.
- Experience in Blockchain would be preferred.
- Should also have the following experience:
1. Experience with horizontal scaling applications
2. Rest based API integrations
3. Agile development methodologies
4. Scrum
5. Container services
6. Microservices architecture
7. Blockchain Development
Compensation
Base Salary: 14,00,000 - 16,00,000 INR CTC
GTH Tokens: 2% - 10,000,000 GTH
Equity: 12 - 15.5%
Location: Gurgaon, India
Relocation reimbursement provided
