JD for Automation Testing Profile
Soft skills:
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Should be able to lead a team of SDET’s and provide recommendations and next steps
when required.
3. Good Analytical and problem solving skills
4. Should have the willingness to understand HR business processes and ability to
convert them into automation.
Technical skills:
1. Strong understanding of Selenium Java and BDD framework
2. Strong understanding of Java Programming and Java Scripting
3. Hands on experience in tools like Eclipse IDE, Jenkins, GIT, Saucelabs, Test NG,
Cucumber/BDD and Appium.
4. Understanding of Web technologies, protocols and formats (HTTP, HTML, JSON, REST,
XML, etc.)
5. Understanding and experience with testing API services
6. Understands Agile and Continuous Integration Continuous Testing and how to
accomplish Enterprise Delivery Pipeline.
Total yrs of Exp: 5-10 years
