Position Function/ Purpose - Understanding of operational aspects Business Segment.
Clarity on Typical small/ medium/ large a/c Org Structure.
To develop major client base and sell products.
Education Minimum Graduate.(MBA would be an added advantage)
Technical Skills : Good at Excel, MS office, presentation
Industry Preference Person should be working for a mid-size organization, preferably IT, which has good systems and processes.
Job Duties
â Major a/c selling skills
â Account Mapping â" All levels of Business units, departments, advance business planning etc.
â Account planning â" understand customer business & document processing needs. Strategies: and execute as project based activities â"pre-sales, implementation & customer care.
â Networking & relationship building ability.
â 90 Calls per month.
â Familiarity with Tenders: Rate contract: Price agreements.
â Professionally trained negotiators. Purchase officers, etc. (contract formulation) Govt. Bureaucracy.
â Account Penetration skills. (Break through a/c with where competition is well entrenched.)
â CXO Connect
â 100% Achievement of business results.
Other Duties
â Well informed about competitive positioning wrt the A/c.
â Commercial outlook ability to judge real potential of customer & develop accordingly.
â Coordination skills.
