| | Our client operates a Web-based mobile device automation platform that offers a suite of individual applications, features, services, and agents for managing mobile phones and handheld devices. Its Revolution mobile device automation platform delivers SaaS based products.
Looking for a Project Manager for the PMO team. In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end. Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external stakeholders, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing till the final release. Coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal teams to develop optimal solutions.
10+ years of technical project management experience in Java, Springs & Hibernate Frameworks
Deep understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
Should have experience in dealing with high level architecture
Strong coding experience; Ability to get into the code with team members and drive to solutions
Able to work with Product Managers to prioritize features for ongoing sprints and managing a list of technical requirements based on customer trends, new technologies, known defects, and issues
Plan, execute and finalize according to strict deadlines and within budget
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project/product life cycle
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Basic Qualifications
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience developing and delivering on project milestones
7+ years of relevant work experience in Technical program and/or technical project management in a software applications environment
A bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline
Ability to fully engage with technical/operations teams and business teams and effectively manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts that balance client and company needs
Good understanding in JAVA / J2EE technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple units
Experience with agile or other program management methodologies
Masters degree in business or engineering or a related technical discipline
