Job Title: Technical Lead (Angular, NodeJS, MongoDB, .NET/MS-SQL)
Service Line: Consulting/GFA/SAP channel â€" Consulting COO studio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the day to day activities of the project team including work assignment, status tracking and progress reporting.
• Design, Build, Unit Test and document Windows and Web Based applications using Microsoft platform and technologies (Angular, NodeJS, MongoDB, C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, WCF, ADFS)
• Design, Build, Unit Test and document SOA based applications and Web Services using Microsoft platform and technologies.
• Work with Architects, Development Managers,
and Business Analysts to clearly define and understand business requirements, development estimation, and work plans for multiple internal enterprise projects.
• Work with Lead architects to conceptualize and prototype the appropriate solution, present to the development team and document the design of the business component and database objects required to implement the solution. Own the responsibility of development of the detailed design for individual projects.
• Recommend technological solutions/options when required on projects and teams to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate with other SE and cross functional team members, both onshore and offshore for solutions and development tasks on projects.
• Take ownership (or as part of team) of the solutions and conduct periodic code review to verify compliance of the coding to the coding standards, design, and patterns.
• Produce accurate deployment instructions for efficient and error-free implementations.
• Proactively benchmark application code to mitigate performance and scalability issues. Identify the strategies to increase the performance and scalability of the application
• High-level and detailed Design documentation of developed solutions.
• Assist Operations Team with any environment issues during application deployment across QA, Staging and Production environments.
• Investigate and isolate system issues, develop a strategy to fix them and work with operations and infrastructure teams to implement.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software application development
• Minimum 2 years experience in leading a project team.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Angular, NodeJS
• Minimum 1 year experience with MongoDB
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in designing, building and deploying enterprise solutions with expertise in Microsoft Technologies with a focus on: .NET frameworks: C#/Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP, JavaScript, Transactional development, asynchronous processing, Web Services, HTML and DHTML, XML, XSLT, LDAP. Candidate is required to be Subject matter expert with Angular, NodeJS and .Net technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in software application development using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in software application development using Bootstrap and Telerik Controls frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL Server/MongoDB concepts for Application Development and performance tuning.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application systems. design and development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with patterns, best practices, and advance programming constructs like threading, TPL, and code access security.
• Minimum 2 years of Experience in performance tuning of web application and SQL Server.
• Experience designing and/or developing solutions in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Knowledge and experience with agile and object-oriented methodologies, design patterns, notations, and processes: Unified Modeling Language (UML), Rational Unified Process, refactoring
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and security concepts.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience working on applications for Global use is a plus
• Working experience with server farms, firewalls, networks, and distributed systems a plus
• Microsoft Certified Software Developer (MCSD) and/or Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD) a plus
• Programmatic manipulation with the Microsoft Open XML format experience is a plus.
