Should be able to perform analysis, design and develop applications. Perform unit testing and fix bugs. Develop user interfaces as per client specifications. Assist other team members in handling ongoing tasks as required. Modify and update existing programs to improvise performance. Involve in providing innovative solutions to business problems. Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies as per client needs. Co-ordinate with TL to determine functionalities and should be able to work with less assistance.
