Educational Qualifications
• BE/B.Tech or any graduate with Computer Science background with an MBA would be plus.
• Diploma/PG Diploma in account management would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. Understanding domain / business needs of clients, elaborating client’s requirements.
2. Manage multiple projects / accounts and Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all account related matters
3. Client communication capabilities (including discussing timelines & cost with client)
4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
5. Work with multiple internal teams to explain requirements
6. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and customers
7. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
8. Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly progress to internal and external stakeholders.
9. Identify and grow opportunities within account and collaborate with technology teams to ensure growth attainment
10. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
11. Prepare and submit work progress reports, liaise with client and technical teams in sending proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Skill Sets
• Should have hand-on experience in development in at least one technology and Should be able to perform code reviews for standards and best practices.
• Should be willing to work across the technologies (MS Technologies, Cloud and Open Source)
• Should be well versed with latest technologies and provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments like adopting new technology, suggestions on tools and frameworks.
• Should be able to demonstrates ownership, responsibility and accountability of people, tasks, projects and activities
• Should have an eye for continuously improving systems and procedures.
• Ability to direct, supervise and work with internal technology teams, software vendors and come up with ideas to deliver client requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple teams & accounts.
• Must have analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written, oral / written communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively with technology teams, management, client's business team.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Should be able to understand technology and talk to client about various technologies used.
Experience
• 6-10 years in IT industry out of which minimum of 3-4 in client communication and managing / leading teams
PMP would be a plus
