Job description:
(i) Convert leads to sales through the right sales pitch based on an in-depth knowledge of product, pricing, client business, competitive landscape, and the regulatory procedures.
(ii) Owning the account and providing complete support to the client from initiation to closure and ability to develop business relationship with potential customers.
(iii) Responsible for commercial negotiations with new clients and concluding the sale /contract.
(iv) To liaise with accounts, build a relationship, ensure regular purchases and pursue up-selling and cross-selling.
(v) Ensure sales targets and conversion metrics are met. Diligently track and report progress of leads, bookings, invoicing and collections.
(vi) Contribute to sales strategy and forecasts
(vii) Contribute to day to day client communication and translate client objectives into planned strategy, which is opening new accounts.
(viii) Professionalism: an abiding commitment to deliver what is promised, delivering quality work on time.
(ix) Proficient in handling queries, objections and at the same time be customer focused and build customer relationship.
(x) Excellent "people" skills, both via phone and electronic media.
(xi) Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Experience working with US customers an advantage.
(xii) Quick learner and proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
(xiii) Ability to work responsibly in a team as well as individually and the ability to meet stringent deadlines.
(xiv)Attention to detail and proficiency in creating crisp professional reports.
