Experienced working in .Net Framework, C#/VB.Net, OOPS, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET, LinQ, SQL Server 2005/ 2008, Performance Tuning, JavaScript & JQuery, HTML and CSS
Good to have hands on experience in few of the latest technologiesjsra/patterns - WCF, WPF, Entity Framework, Azure, MVVM, MVP, Prototype, Adapter, etc.
Experienced in creating project estimations and proposals
Strong written and oral communication skills & Strong interpersonal skills
Good team management and client handling skills
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and time lines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong minded and passionate towards job responsibility
Must be able to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies
Experience in Handling a team of 5 â€" 6 members
Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience in MVC / WCf is Mandatory
Lead Projects & Take ownership of the projects and involves all the phases (Estimation, design, development, testing and implementation stages of the project)
Road map planning of the projects
Set the coding, user experience and quality standards
Task assignments and review of the deliverables
Client Liaison
Team Management
Team Appraisals
Report project status to client and the reporting manager
Escalate issues to the management
Maximize the productivity of the project team by creating an effective development environment.
