For more information you can visit us on http://exzeo.com Some of the expectations from you are - * Should have 7-10 years' of hands-on experience in complete product development lifecycle starting from ideation to delivery is a must. * Hands-on experience any of these technologies Node.js / Scala / JVM / MongoDB / Docker / AWS * Hands-on experience in leading all stages of system development efforts, including requirement definition, design, coding, unit testing, deploying and production release. * Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives. * Managing teams and improving capability in a project and program delivery environment. * Designing qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle. * Work with business managers and tech leads as required, to evaluate business requirements, provide estimations to the associated business case for development. * Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques. * Product strategy definition around the defined and existing product line(s). * Product development planning and Defining product requirements. * Building product roadmaps, particularly technology roadmaps. * Ensuring products are up to the specifications. * Developing the project plan and managing project schedule. * Project Execution and Control & Managing Project Conflicts. * Active participation in motivating team, bringing latest technologies into the product and making sure team is always upto latest trend in the technology.
