- 5+ years' experience with Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, SSRS, Stored Procedures, functions and query optimization
- At least 3 years of experience in SSIS - ETL development and SSRS.
- Experience in Developing SSIS Packages to Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) data into the Data warehouse from different data sources
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to create complex, high performance stored procedures in SQL Server 2008/2012
- Ability to create complex, high-performance views in SQL Server 2008/2012
- Design & Develop SSRS reports and dashboards using Microsoft Reporting Services platform (SSRS), Microsoft SQL, MS Excel, pivot tables and other tools
- Define, develop, and maintain reports written in SSRS utilizing SQL Server 2008 r2 and 2012
- Provide technical support for SSIS & SSRS business applications by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or technical questions;
- Assist with testing and quality assurance activities with data extracts, research and analysis.
- Prepare required documentation for system support and end user.
- The applicant must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision
- Possess strong non-technical skills including, but not limited to, problem-solving, work prioritization, communication, self-direction, and time management.
- Knowledge of standards and best practices used in conjunction with developing SSIS packages and reports and dashboards using SSRS
