Mandatory Skills:
· Knowledge as well as experience in Object Oriented Analysis & Design skills (OOPS, UML diagrams such as class diagram, activity diagrams), Requirement Analysis
· Asp.net (candidate should be flexible to work on both C# as well as VB.Net languages)
· Experience with .NET framework 4.0+ including TPL,LINQ, Entity Framework / ADO.Net
· Proficient in writing complex stored procedures
· Debugging/troubleshooting in .Net
· Knowledge of .net framework 4.0 for new features.
· XML, HTML, JavaScript JQuery, JSON and AJAX
· Development of Windows services, Web services, SOAP, Multi-threading
· Extensive knowledge in performance optimization tuning for .net as well as SQL environments, troubleshooting production issues.
· Should have experience performing code reviews for .net & SQL and should be proficient in coding best practices
· Self-starter with proven interpersonal, organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
· Telerik (third party control) experience
Good to have skills:
Working knowledge of MS SQL Reporting Services 2005 (for report development, DTS packages / SSIS packages)
