Hi,
Iris is seeking high caliber professionals who will be responsible for managing projects and their deliverables for Iris customers. The person would be responsible for leading the technical teams and designers for software estimation and project execution. He will be involved in defining and assisting customers and Iris teams through the execution of a project by defining project blueprints, transition plans, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Architect, develop and implement software programs to meet business requirements.
2. Tune up design for maintainability, scalability and efficiency
3. Develop and implement programs, designs and codes
4. Interact with clients to determine their requirements and needs
5. Resolve and troubleshoot problems and complex issues.
6. Perform unit tests and fix bugs.
7. Manage and mentor a small team of developers.
*Total experience of over 12years with minimum 2 years Managerial skills.
*Strong multi-tasking skills with capability to adapt to rapidly changing environment.
*Must be organized and a self-starter.
*Should be technically very sound in .Net, C#, MVC (Angular JS is desirable)
*Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, N-Tier architecture and UML
*This position (Associate Project Manager ) involves leading technical teams and designers
*Possess excellent problem solving capabilities.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Have travelled to USA(not mandate)
B1 is preferred.
Education:
*A Bachelor's Degree or higher level degree is strongly preferred.
