OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
HIRING MODEL:
Ø LATERAL (Employee would be working on Permanent Rolls of Company)
Ø CONTRACTING (Employee would be on Nexpro Payroll deputed at Client Side)
CHARGES:
Ø Service charges would be flat 8.33% + Taxes of Total CTC for all the requirements i.e. (Junior, Middle, Senior and Top Management requirements)
REPLACEMENT:
Ø If candidate leaves organization before completion of 2 months, Nexpro Systems will provide a free replacement.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Ø Payment shall be made within 30 days once the candidate joins your organization.
