Job Responsibilities:
* 8- 15 years' experience and up to 5 years in one or more leading IT organizations as a BDM
* Cold calling, Contacting, Prospecting, Nurturing CXO level executives and decision makers through telephone / email and conferencing techniques.
* Proven capability to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.
* Handle incoming sales calls from sales prospects
through Lead Generation & Call program activities with
Penetrations of Named Accounts and grow the business in India.
* Must possess excellent people / communication / presentation skill with high energy levels.
Should possess excellent skills for account handling and client relationship building.
* Demonstrate ability to effectively plan, coordinate and meet deadlines.
Skill Required:
* Should be familiar with Indian Market.
Should be able to provide proven track records
* Good knowledge of Database Licenses Selling and Deployment Models.
* Good Communication Skills - Oral / Written, Planning, Analytical Ability, Process Orientation, Result Orientation etc.
Qualification Required:
* Any Engineering Graduate / MBA
