Job Type: Full-time - Permanent.

Positions: .Net Technical lead
The job involves designing / architect and developing enterprise and custom solutions in .NET as major part of a software development process supported by good database skills. The job expects the candidate to write good quality .NET Code. Should be strong on providing technical architectures for all kinds of applications. Should have excellent communication skills.
Role(s) the position holder is required to play:
*Excellent Business Analysis and communication skills.
*Ability to provide solutions to High and mid-sized applications.
*Should have extensive exposure to design; ability to apply design patterns
*Should be completely hands on in coding and should be willing to code on demand
*Should have very good exposure to technology and emerging trends
*Should be able to lead multiple projects (with very minimal management needs)
*Ensure the components of application developed are free of security risks
*Provide reliable effort estimates
*Have the right focus towards best practices like coding standards and other industry standards
*Ensure completion of reliable internal and end user documentation
*Participate in business requirement gathering
*Evaluate application with respect to clients" Business needs
*Facilitate effective communication within the team
*Foster problem solving abilities in the team
*Analyze potential impact of problem resolution and take corrective measures when needed
*Promote positive attitude among the team members
*Exposure to Data Ware Housing paradigm
*Should be able to mentor / train the junior resources to make them as productive resources
*Should be able to shoulder initial cut requirements from client and build the technical team
*Previous experience as on-site technical consultant is a huge plus
Technology Skills:
*.NET 2.0, 3, 0, 3.5, 4.0 Framework and higher
*ASP.NET
*C# or VB.NET
*SQL - Server 2005 to till higher versions
*Microsoft BI (SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS)
*WCF, WWF, WPF
*Share Point 2010 / 2013
* Architecture and Design (MVC/MVP/ MvvM)
*Design tools Expertise (Rational, Enterprise Architect, Visual Paradigm, Structure 101 etc.)
*HTML 5, Bootstrap, CSS, Java Script, Angular JS, JQuery
