We are looking for Looking for Candidates who has Relevant Exp of 6 yrs in Oracle Administration for Hyderabad Location.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining all functions of Oracle database systems according to business needs;
*Managing Oracle 10g and 11g databases across the platforms ( HP UNIX, AIX, LINUX Solaris, Microsoft Windows environments).
*Performing all forms of database maintenance and administrative activities; installation, configuration, patching and upgrading Oracle server software, applications and related products.
*Perform various cross-platform DB migration activities based on the complex situation.
*Design and implement database backups using Oracle Recovery Manager.
*Automating routine maintenance tasks as appropriate utilizing OEM, SQL Loader, Shell scripting and PL/SQL batch processing;
*Support the production environment on 10g/11g R2 databases across the platforms ( HP UNIX, AIX, LINUX Solaris, Microsoft Windows environments).
*Backup and restore using RMAN utilities, Disaster Recovery testing, recovery Catalog and refreshi (1.) Incident Management + Change Management (Planning & Execution)
On - call Escalation
Ticket Quality
Process adherence & Security compliance
Customer feedback ( Appreciations, CSAT survey results)
KB preparation and review, Knowlegde sharing & documentation
Root cause analysis / Problem Management + Capicity / Architectural Management
SLA compliance for tickets
