	Job Description
	As a Server Technology Line Manager: You have: An awesome team, who are very good at what they do. A great office with a cool culture. The freedom to do things your way as long as you have a solid reason. Your Responsibilities: Will be a MIX of 40% technical and 60% Line Management responsibility. Have to own Delivery and Quality for the Team. Will have to lead Highly Talented Technology Team (20 30members) and drive Product Development across multitude domains. Have to be interface between Technical DOMAIN SMEs, Business and Development Team. Fully conversant of Detail SDLC Process, Project Planning,  Technical Review. Astute in Resource Management for Timely Delivery. Team building for up-to-date Technology maturity and consistency Work with PMO team for Adequate Communication on Project, Initiatives and Improvements Should be able to interact with Team member with relevant technology as mentioned below. Your Qualities: Hands-on in "Python, MySQL, JavaScript (Frameworks), Web Servers, PHP, Ubuntu OS". Good Review and Debugging in all Working knowledge of JAVA, NODE JS would be an advantage Understanding of JIRA, GIT Repository, Confluence etc. Aware of Mobility, BIGData and Machine Learning technologies would be added attributes but not mandatory for this role. Presentation SKILLs to depict team/project status in resourceful manner.
