Job Role: Tech Lead/ Architect- Java/J2ee-Reference Data/Capital market
Job Location: Mumbai / Chennai
Experience: 12-16 Years
Job Description:
The associate would be a senior member and individual contributor as part of the Reference Data agile team. The associate would be responsible for coordinating Impact Analysis, Acceptance Criteria, DQ Requirements, Design, Architecture and SDLC of all features developed
Responsibilities
- Ensure the requirements are clear, design is accurate, test plan covers all aspects of the requirement and all factors related to the development of the project is accounted for.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Program Manager, Developers and Release Management
- Coordinate release and sprint planning and conduct daily scrum meetings between the feature teams
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders during the feature's delivery process about the release timelines and dependencies
- Effectively conveys message in both written and verbal development discussions
- Designs, develops, enhance, debugs, supports, maintain and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions.
- Learn new technologies when directed as future development may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools
- Work in a fast paced environment, under minimal supervision, with guidance from senior team members
Requirements
Required Skills
- Education: BE / MCA
- Certifications If Any: None
- Experience Range: 10 – 15 Years
- Solid knowledge of OOPs (JAVA)
- Strong knowledge of SQL (DB2 \ Oracle) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets domain
- Experience in running projects end-to-end
- Strong Analytical skills
- A proactive approach to problem solving and think innovatively
- Knowledge in Release Management process of software deployment
- Knowledge of Agile development process
Desired Skills
Agile development practices (CI, TDD, BDD, etc)
Work / Shift Timings: 11.30 am to 8.30 pm IST
