Skills & Competencies Required:
Primary Skill (Must):
• Candidates should possess 8-10 years of experience in software development processes
• Extensive experience in Angular JS (1+ years) with proven proficiency in designing and solutioning complex front end solutions
• Experience with JavaScript tools and plugins
• Experience in technologies MVC Framework, Java Script, JQuery, Ajax & Controls, CSS
• Extensive use of APIs and understanding of HTTP and REST architecture
• Ability to solutions for single page apps, advanced techniques such as multi-threading, implementing nonblocking code
• Validating user actions on the client side and providing responsive feedback
• Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS
• Strong understanding and implementation of object-oriented programming
• Experience of working in n-Tier architecture
• Strong understanding of various design and architectural patterns to build application front end
• Understanding and implementing fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Good understanding of software development methodology and release processes
• Should be able to translate story and use cases into functional products
• Has managed and lead delivery for a team of 4-5 individuals
• Assess risk and identify mitigation plans
• Leadership experience with proven ability to develop team members and enhance team performance
• Ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex problems when developing solutions with the ability to see the big picture
Secondary Skills (Preferred):
• Familiarity with technologies like ASP.Net, C#, WCF, MVC Framework
• Familiarity with Relational Database and SQL
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools TFS
• Good understanding of continuous integration
• Proven ability to work in a rapid release production environment
• Document and maintain software functionality

• Responsible for monitoring, optimizing and performance tuning
• Come up with proof of concepts as requested
• People and delivery management for a team of 4-5 individuals
• Risk assessment and mitigation and reporting
• Manage team delivery and adherence to company processes
• Escalation management and stakeholder communication.
