Mandatory Skill:
a. Core Java,
b. Multi-threading
c. Design patterns, DS/Algo.
d. Java J2EE, Web frameworks
e. Databases - Opensource or SQL server
Job Description:
# Technically should be very strong, should have hands-on development experience including at least 5 years of real-world web development
# Experience using JSP, Java Servlets, spring and Hibernate, J2EE, Web services, JUnit. N-tier architectures, technologies and good open source framework exposure.
# Exposure and experience with Mobile web apps, Native applications, and Cloud technologies would be a plus.
# Experience with SCRUM methodology or extreme programming is a great plus.
# Exposure to app servers like JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere and apache Tomcat.
# Client side development experience using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON is a great plus.
# Previous start-up experience or contribution to any open source project is preferred.
