Qualifications:
• 6-8 years’ experience with analytics or quantitative business intelligence/metrics/reporting
• Strong ability to analyze data, gather more information around trends and write executive summaries of analysis.
• Able to lead the 6-7 team members with his technical expertise and delivery perspective.
• Education or experience analyzing business problems, transactional data, or unstructured data.
• Experience with reporting tools, reporting software, and other reporting applications.
• Demonstrate the ability to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical, and communication skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
Technical Skills Required:
• Proven experience with ETL, report writing and in depth data analysis.
• Experience in integrating SSRS reports into SharePoint (Out-Of-The-Box SharePoint development).
• Experience in loading data into SQL Server databases using SSIS from advanced data sources like SharePoint List, Active Directory, Exchange Server, complex API structures.
• Considerable exposure to the operations and analysis of relational database software and standards.
• Experience in designing and maintaining database and data warehouse.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
