Java Development Position:
• Should have a BE / B.Tech / ME/ M.Tech / MCA / MS with consistently good academic record.
• Strong Core Java Experience and advanced working knowledge of J2EE (JSPs, Servlets, Core Java, XML, Webservices and JDBC), Hibernate and Web Services related technologies…
• Should have strong SQL skills and developer experience on databases like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle
• Should have the ability to analyze the requirements and come up with the most appropriate solution.
• Should be able to independently design the solution for quality and reusability.
• Have the ability to pick up any ad-hoc technology and continuous curiosity for new technologies on the horizon.
• Extensive experience developing applications using Open Source Frameworks, IDEs, and Java Application Servers.
• Solid understanding of SQL and Relational Database Management Systems.
• Should be a good communicator - both verbal and written communication.
