Must Have:
1. Experience in Technical Design and developing loosely coupled and scalable responsive and multi-tiered web applications using: C#, ASP.Net, MVC, XML, SQL, HTML5, JQuery, JSON, Angular JS, Bootstrap JS.
2. Lead a team of developers to deliver & maintain state of the art applications
3. Excellent problem-solving aptitude.
4. Understand client requirements and create design artefacts using OOAD concepts and UML
5. In depth knowledge of OOPS and Design patterns
6. Establish and follow an appropriate SCRUM/Agile based development process
7. Create technical documentation and lead the team to high standards of documentation
8. Ensure efficiency of technical team by giving them technical advice along the delivery process
9. Deliver proof of concepts to validates technical choices
10. Promotes knowledge sharing and continuous learning withing the team
11. Set new standards by following market trends and introduce new technologies to the team
