⢠8-12 years of custom software development experience with strong Project Management skills.
⢠4+ years in designing, product prototyping, development, testing, and implementation of .NET based products.
⢠Having knowledge of MVC, ASP.NET, C#, Linq, Jquery, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, .Net 4.0/.Net 4.5 frameworks, Strong skills in OOAD and OOP.
⢠Must possess a balance of analytical problem solving and strong interpersonal and relationship development skills.
⢠The person must have proven leadership skill.
⢠Excellent communication skills.
Job Description:-
⢠To be accountable for end-to-end delivery of projects assigned.
⢠To work with senior business and technology managers , as required, to identify business requirements and the associated business case for development projects.
⢠To manage a team of project resources (technical leads, business analysts, architects, testing teams and developers), to deliver solutions/ projects, in accordance with agreed specification, design, plan, timescales and cost. Associated project governance, engagement with project stakeholders, audit compliance, process diligence to deliver quality solutions are integral part of the delivery. Ability to work with varying team sizes and flexibility in approach expected.
⢠Project reporting against agreed scope, specification and plan to stakeholders. Identifying and reporting key performance indicators of the projects. Manage project risks/ issues for the delivery.
⢠Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic services environment and capable of dealing with multiple competing demands.
⢠To be accountable to interact with customers on a global scale.
⢠Monitor and manage the performance of development team resources, including intervention and escalation, as required. Support coaching and career development of permanent employees, including individual and team skill-gaps and assimilation of new technology skills.
⢠Ability to implement Issue Management (including problem analysis and generation of solutions); Change Management; Test Management; Status Tracking & Reporting processes as relevant for the project.
