	Job Description
	Telephonic Discussion will be on any weekday for Short listed candidates and final discussion will be on 27th May 2017 - Hyderabad ( Who are cleared Telephonic Discussion) Candidates have to join within 30 days of Notice Period. The candidate need to Support CRM tool. Candidate should have experience between 2-10 years. Designations: Support Analyst / Senior Support Analyst / Tech Lead Support Analyst. Salary: Open for Right Candidate Interviews: Short listed Candidates have to attend interviews on weekdays only ( Will complete all rounds same day) Shift Details. Associates are required to work in rotational shifts. Below are the shift timings. A shift 7 AM to 4 PM B shift 3 PM to 12 AM C shift 11 PM to 8 AM Requirement: Expertise on at least one framework out of Hibernate, Struts, Spring etc , preferred to have multiple framework hands-on experience. JSP,HTML, Java, Java Applets, Web Programming Skills,  Web User Interface Design,Webservice Knowledge , Software Debugging Application server hands on experience on any of  websphere, weblogic or JBOSS. Hands on experience on any database SQL, ability to write and modify complex queries. Expertise in either DB2 or MYSQL or Informix or Oracle. Hands on debugging job failures. Good analytical & communication skills.
