Skills required:
Produce high quality design and architecture.
Detailed technical design of highly complex software components.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix highly complex code defects.
Propose creative solutions or alternatives balancing risk, complexity, and effort to meet requirements.
Lead software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
Work across teams and functional roles to ensure interoperability among other products, including training and consultation.
Participate in the software development process from design to release in an Agile Development Framework.
Technical Skills:
Excellent knowledge of .Net (ideally 3.5 or 4.0) , MVC architecture and C#
Solid MSSQL T-SQL skills
Good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, exposure to design patterns
Experience with WCF or any similar web services technology is an advantage
Knowledge of source control tools, full knowledge of the software development life cycle
Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
Ability to multitask
A highly-motivated individual
An effective communicator
Ability to work in a virtual team, across boundaries
