Job Description - 6-10yrs of Experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Experience into web development experience with .NET Framework (4.0+) including C#, ASP.NET, and MVC with Sharepoint.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, and Web Services
Experience using Visual Studio 2008+, Oracle 11g, and SQL / SQL Server 2008+
Experience writing PL/SQL or SQL scripts, including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and tables.
Experience with ORMs (Entity Framework or similar)
Experience with NUnit
Experience with Agile SDLC.
Experience with Web API, AngularJS ( Added Advantage).
Additional Skills:
Demonstration of mature design, coding, testing, and debugging skills.
Create, unit test and maintain source code that is aligned to our Technology Roadmap, Code Quality, Security, and Firm Development Standards
Familiarize yourself with our web application framework and maintain and enhance code in this framework
Collaborate with and advise the Systems Architect of gaps and potential enhancements.
Perform Research and Development tasks that assess the feasibility and efficacy of different technical approaches and patterns.
Communicate effectively as you will work closely with other groups to coordinate design, development, and testing efforts of your assigned application components to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Ensure the successful design, development, testing, and implementation of application components from a project level. You will utilize mature programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures, and techniques.
Use current coding methodologies to develop and support functionality and contribute to technical code documentation
Attend technology design meetings and recommend system and data improvements to designers while adhering to all IT control policies.
Identify and troubleshoot application code-related issues to provide superior feedback for approved user documentation.
Identify potential gaps and enhancements in the web application framework and perform research and development tasks
Excellent analytical, written/verbal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong work ethic
Ability to translate business requirements into solutions
Must demonstrate a strong knowledge of applications and their development throughout all phases of the SDLC.
Good written and verbal communication is an important part of the role as you will be part of a global team that will be collectively responsible to deliver on projects.
