Job Description :
Responsible for ensuring Technical Team follows requirements, change and release management process.
Develop and report PM related metrics to show gaps, root cause, and define process improvements
Create Project Charter, define project scope, timelines, resource plan
Create project plan, manage risks
Create Work Break down structure, assign resources and tracks progress
Track and manage resource allocation and utilization across various phases
Lead Technical Projects with deliverables, deadlines, and key milestones
Lead technical discussions with stake holders and internal teams and resolve road blocks
Facilitate defining technical requirements and various business needs related to product
features and integration
Execute projects using Agile and SCRUM methodologies
Worked with Use Cass, UML, OOAD
Maintain Product Backlog, define sprints / iterations, prioritizes User Stories and define release
Plan
Develop and work with Budgets, Business Requirements, and Technical requirements
Report progress update
Present ideas and product scope to internal and external audiences
Lead teams around product development and enhancements
Ability to get industry leading solutions to market efficiently and effectively
Work with various technology teams to complete and manage project estimates
Experience/Qualifications:
Analyzing Information , General Programming Skills, Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Software
Development Fundamentals, Software Development Process, Software Requirements
Demonstrated success leading and managing development of technical team.
Expert knowledge in software development methodologies, design, and implementation.
Worked in Agile methodology.
Demonstrated excellence with management skills in a multi-product and multiple environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong desire to learn.
Essential skills include familiarity or hands on experience in past: C#, ASP.NET with MVC, SQL Database 2008 R2, and Business Analysis, Report Services, Data Modelling, SharePoint 2010 and .Net. Must knowledge about Report Services, SSAS and SQL server R2 including the Business Intelligence Development Studio.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. Communicates issues before those issues impact project plans and deliverables.
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Required or equivalent experience.
Six Sigma or equivalent in quality and process control is a plus.
Experience with web services and open API development, as well as SOA concepts, is a plus.
Certification Requirements:
Project Management certification (e.g. Certified Associate in Project Management, PMI ACP or Certified Scrum Master) is desired
