Ability to work in 24/7 support model. •Proven work experience as team lead and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being •Windows Server 2012 R2 / 2016 Administration experience with PowerShell Scripting •Active Directory Configuration and Domain Roles Configurations (Windows Domain Administration experience) Microsoft certifications (MCP/MCSE/MCSA) is Must. •Good hold and Knowledge on DNS/DHCP/WINS/Net BIOS/Active Directory with trouble shooting skills. •Should have Working Experience on Hyper-V, VMware and Desktop Virtualization (will be added advantage). •Should have experience on MS SQL Server Administration (SQL Server 2014/2016) and My SQL Administration. •Exchange Server 2010/2013 or Office 365 Configuration and Lync Server 2013/2015 Upgradation & monitoring (Users Mailbox, File Store/database, Anti-spam, Mail Queue monitoring etc...) •Server Backup process configuration & Monitoring knowledge •Server Services (File servers/Print Server/DFS Servers/System Centre[SCCM]/SCOM/SharePoint/Data Protection/MS Direct Access) Configuration & Monitoring •Inventory maintenance, Asset Tracking, Capacity Planning and software license management •Hands on experience on Network devices configuration and monitoring tools. •Router Configurations and Monitoring (CCNA certification will be added advantage), Strong knowledge on Networking concepts LAN/WAN planning, configuration and troubleshooting. •Knowledge on Firewalls (Gateway Configuration, VPN, NAT, Routing), working experience with SonicWALL 2400/3600 added advantage. •Involving Project Kick off meetings â€" analyze software and hardware requirement for project management and Knowledge in SDLC. •Change Management & Technology Planning by doing research on latest technology products and provide alternate method of efficiency. •Providing strategic, budgeting, forecasting, metrics and disaster recovery/business continuity planning for the in-house requirements and Projects. •Experience on Cloud technologies like AWS and Azure will be added advantage.
