Key Deliverables

 â€¢ Ensure applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements and identify and resolve systems issues. • Research and make recommendations on software products and services in support of procurement and development efforts. • Evaluate, install, configure and deploy new applications, systems software, products and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise. • Liaise with network administrators and software engineers to assist with the quality assurance, program logic and data processing and company’s software suppliers for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies. • Provide inputs in strategic IT initiatives of the group. • Manage and provide direction to internal IT support team for business operations to include hiring, training, recognition, evaluation, performance reviews, coaching and terminations as required • Ensure policy compliance and enforcement to groups IT operations
Responsibilities :
Developing and Implementing new software and technologies
Analyzing user requirements. Researching, designing and writing new software program
Provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of internal stakeholders and customers based on the state-of-the-art technologies.
Evolve the existing software system applications and architecture in various areas as needed.
Creating technical specifications and test plans
Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects
Technical Experties
"In depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .Net technologies including: WCF, WPF, WF,
LINQ and EF"
Experience with web development using technologies including: ASP.NET, MVC3, Javascrip, AJAX and CSS.
Experience with database development including relational database design, SQL and ORM technologies
Experience with user interface design and prototyping
IT Operation
"Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design,
develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on SQL and .NET technologies"
Experience in implementing SAP/Oracle ERP applications is an advantage
Implements policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected.
Ensures maximum issue resolutions in minimum time.
Develops and manages Service Level Agreements (SLAs) related to identification, prioritization and resolution of incidents, including the monitoring, tracking and coordination of Help Desk functions.
Training subordinate and management staff
Motivate IT Support teams through performance coaching and setting solution objectives for daily incident management
Improve productivity by highlighting deficiencies and recommend changes in tools, training, processes, reporting, and employee engagement
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
