We are looking for Project Manager for our Bangalore Office who can handle Java and .Net Projects.
• Align team members and stakeholders.
• Coordinate Product phases, schedules and track progress.
• Ability to create, update and track project plans, metrics and status reports
• Ability to work on multiple products simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines

• Possess decision making skills as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Good business administration expertise and a background in information technology.
• Support Marketing in compiling data to populate spec sheets. Review and verify the accuracy of data on published documents.
• Review Requests for Proposals (RFP) and prepare submittal package in accordance with requirements of the specifications provided.
Project management
1. Handling Large team - good people management skills, has worked with distributed teams across geographical locations
2. Overall responsible for successful delivery of Large J2EE/.Net project assigned within budgeted hours, resources cost and time.
3. Effectively communicate expectations to the project's team leaders as well as to the customers or stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
4. Collect and review status updates from team leaders and ensure that all aspects of the project are going according to plan
5. Help & mentor technical team in resolving technical issues they might face during development of proposed solution.
6. Responsible to make sure team members are delivering while they are kept together as one team and motivated.
7. Excellent Communication and articulation skills
