# Passion for user experience design and improving usability.
# Should have extensive work experience web application development using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery. Should have designed/implement UI framework/Components with Pub/Sub model.
# Exposure to client MVC frameworks like backbone, angular, ember, reactjs, etc is a definite plus.
# Familiarity with backend technologies like Java, .Net or PHP is good to have.
Responsibilities :
# Lead development team on user interface related development tasks. Provide guidance, reference and direction to team members.
# Participate in discussions on process and way of working improvement.
# Should be able to work independently and interact with client, stakeholders for clarifications on UI designs or requirements.
# Come up with efficient design / development patterns for UI and work with team on producing quality code in timeframe identified for project
# Demonstrates creative, technical and analytical skills.
# Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments
# Effectively develops in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format.
# Generate documentation for the design and development artifacts.
Requirements :
# A very strong understanding of Javascript/HTML/CSS based user interface development.
# Practical experience with jQuery, JSON, AJAX, Styling: CSS,
# Good markup skills utilizing HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
