Job Description
Minimum 10 years of experience as a software developer, with 2-3 years of lead experience
Currently leading a team of engineers for their technical and personal development
Experienced in working with consumer driven internet products
Ability to motivate and influence teams to help them deliver continuously
Keen to take on ownership, thrive on a high level of autonomy & responsibility and instill the same among team members,
Past experience in building teams and products that scale
You lead by example, by setting the right context, and by helping teammates do their best work
You're technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions

Technical expertise in one modern programming language (Golang, Node.js, Java)
