We are seeking an individual to provide the leadership for a team consisting of 6~8 engineers, testers and DevOps engineers. The successful technical lead will spend 50% of time hands-on development and the rest of the time on leading and mentoring. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a complete DevOps team to build a successful product. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform hands-on full-stack ASP.net development. Lead and mentor other team members working on front-end, back-end and DevOps Work with business managers to understand the requirements and define the technical solution Work with the team to design the solution, estimate the work and ensure high-quality delivery from the team Work through an Agile environment to build successive releases of a product Ensure development projects are completed on a strict timeline. Perform maintenance and new development within the existing system. REQUIREMENTS: At least 7 years of Software Development experience within .NET. Lead or senior level experience for at least 3 years Should have worked on end to end design, development, testing, and deployment in AWS environment Highly proficient MVC, ASP.NET, and WebAPIs. Interest and desire to quickly prototype new technologies MS SQL, JQuery development experience. Web Services Development experience. Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design principles.
