Role and Responsibilities:
Lead multiple projects with complete ownership of delivery and create high performing project teams with expertise in .NET technologies, C#, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, ASP.NET, MVC, LinQ SQL Server, ORM and Entity Framework.
Hands-on with Angular JS, Mongo DB, Node.JS and TestDriven Development/ TDD.
Sound knowledge of Object Oriented Programming/ OOPS, Data Structure, SOLID design Principles and Domain Driven Design.
Prior experience of working on SDLC process for at least 2/3 projects is essential.
Estimate work and plan delivery schedule including tasks, milestones and dependencies.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely publishing of status report and quality metrics.
Track and mitigate risks and achieve project activities as per defined processes and standards.
Resolve technical escalations and provide technical training to team as technology coach.
Manage client interaction, requirement gathering and translate it to activity based deliverables.
Manage complete project life cycle from inception till delivery with minimal supervision.
Desired Education, Experience, Skills and Competencies:
BE/ B.Tech/ MCA with deep understanding of Microsoft .NET technologies, architecture, configuration, deployment and performance.
Hands on experience in designing and building of complex enterprise applications.
Good understanding of Agile Development Methodologies.
Candidates with US B1 Visa will be preferred.
