Job Description: Responsibilities: At least 10+ years of experience in database development in a large enterprise environment. Experience in architecture and design of high-Volume transaction processing database systems. Very Strong experience in RDBMS concepts, DB design, modeling of OLTP/DW systems Extensive experience in developing complex database code with T-SQL (Viz. Stored Procedures, UDF and Triggers) Should be an expert in Query Optimization and Performance Tuning. Experience with either SQL Server 2014 or above is a must. Extensive experience in one of the reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI. Hands on experience with SSIS is a plus. Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills. Very strong documentation, communication and interpersonal skills is mandatory. Client facing presentation skills will be a huge plus. Should be able to define best practices, coding guidelines and ensure they are enforced. Mentor the team on technical knowledge and help in career growth of peers/subordinates Experience in Agile development methodology is a Huge Plus Knowledge of .NET application development will be a plus. Excellent customer interaction skills, Project monitoring and control. Required Skills / Experience: Graduate - BE / B. Tech / MCA. Analyzing Information, Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing. Strong knowledge and understanding of RDBMS development techniques. Excellent Team Management skills with experience in handing a big team (8 12 Sr / Jr. Engineers). Should be well versed with all phases of the SDLC. Good Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Software Architecture.
