Position Summary:
We are seeking some 10 to 14 years' experience personnel who can lead 24/7 technical operation team to direct and guide team members to take decision, establish process, handle critical incidents/issues, do analysis, validate changes and ensure stability, scalability, integration and integrity of production systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience in setting up and maintaining a kickstart environment
Experience in setting up and managing Hadoop Cluster, HBase infrastructure, other 3rd party tools
Candidate should have managed L1, L2, L3/ Engineering during the length of his/her career
Strong Domain knowledge/understanding (Financial/Health) to be able to cade to the client needs
Candidate needs to be a data first person. Needs to have a thorough understanding of domain strategy, data strategy and hoe they align with operations.
Should have managed data in peta bytes
A strong background in Devops.
Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Define and track appropriate metrics for production health and trend analysis
Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client's requirements
Meeting with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation
Requirements:
Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, Project
In-depth understanding of big data, Data lake. Cloud,
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Good to have master's degree or Business degree
Certified PMP, TOGAF will be added advantage
Knowledge on Linux, Cloudera/Hortonworks, Data base management system, System architecture, Performance tuning
