Job Location – Gurgaon Experience- 6Years+ Shift – 24X7 Mandatory Skills: Java Development(Programming Experience), Java Production Support experience with exposure to Cloud. NP- immediate-30 Days • Proficient in Java technologies, Significant experience working with Sql and Unix with 6+ years of experience. • Monitoring the site/application using monitoring tools, creation of alerts and dashboards as a part of proactive monitoring. • On call shift operations which involves handling the ad-hoc request from other teams. • Good knowledge of ITIL process • Resolves reported issues through debugging, research and investigation and reply to queries in a timely manner. • Experience in Cloud & Enterprise based monitoring tools, such as, Splunk, Cloudwatch, CatchPoint, Seyren etc. is a plus. • Programming experience on any of the languages like Angular JS, Node.js, Java, C#, etc. • Comfortable working with agile methodology and tools. • A team player who is effective working independently and collaboratively. • Ability to learn and use new technologies. • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
