Job Description :-
Build and release management engineer with proven DevOps skills to help develop & run a cross-asset, enterprise risk platform.
Role and Responsibility
Set up and manage environments (dev, SIT, prod etc.), automate SDLC workflows, manage builds and releases, troubleshoot issues, help drive DevOps adoption.
Expert in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, UDeploy, Maven, Gradle)
• Expertise with JIRA, GitHub
• Experience setting up monitoring tools, alerts around platform infrastructure
• Experience with cloud or distributed applications deployment
• Exposure to Java
• Experience with AutoSys or other Job schedulers
Essential Qualification
• Bachelor Degree with 8+ years of Build/release management
• Expertise in Linux environment (troubleshooting, command line tools, scripting)
• Expertise in automating SDLC workflows (automated unit and regression tests, Jenkins pipelines, code quality tools like SonarQube)
• Experience setting up and managing multiple dev environments (dev, sit, prod...)
Desired Qualification
•Ability to triage application issues by looking at logs, stack traces
•Exposure to Containerization, Kubernetes, Mesos, OpenShift
•Exposure to cloud computing will be a plus (e.g. migrating on-premises applications to cloud)
•Exposure to Python/Puppet/Chef/Ansible
•Linux system administration experience or certifications would be a
