o Experience managing end-to-end delivery of multiple products, and the related enforcement of standards, procedures, and methodologies for the software development life cycle.
o Proven ability to:

Collaborate with product team members to fully understand business requirements and create clear functional specifications.
Monitor the progress and status of tasks and deliverables on projects and escalate issues and risks in a timely manner.
Lead the delivery, implementation, and improvement of all applicable processes and methodologies.
Provide on-going support to business teams on strategic technology platform, quality assurance and issue resolution.
Directly manage and mentor software engineers and architects.
Technology experience (desired but not mandatory):
o Experience with leading teams to build distributed cloud based systems
o Must have had prior hands one software engineering development and architecture experience
o Experience building applications in a micro-services architecture
o Experience developing applications deployed on a public cloud (Azure or AWS)
o Experience with SQL Databases
o Experience with Agile processes
