We are hiring for a Technical Architects for our Chennai facility with the below Quality
Primary Skillsets: Java / Dotnet / Cloud
Job Location: Chennai
Job Description:
- Experience of analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale OO applications
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, re factoring and unit testing
- Leadership experience in assessing staff skill levels, assigning work appropriately, directing team in specific project activities, estimation, and facilitating career development
- Preparing the Technology Architecture for given business problem and high level design.
- Design and/or Review of data models
- Review of the Technology Architecture and brain storm on different technology solutions.
- Preparing development/test/ production environments and Benchmarking of various applications
- Increase code re-usability through various existing and new innovative techniques.
- Strong design skills, strong knowledge of design patterns
- Experience in conducting requirements gathering and Preparing Use Cases, workflows
- Experience with planning and effort estimation
- Should have experience in providing architectural vision, conceptualize and provide architectural approaches, create models and specifications, and validating the architecture against requirements and assumptions.
- Should be aware of design patterns, unit/regression testing, code versioning, and build management mechanisms
- Do hands-on coding and pro-actively mentor developers.
