Microsoft SharePoint 2013 is being used in the BAUER Group as an ECM platform. This system needs to be further developed and, if necessary, adapted to the requirements of the company, so that, SharePoint is the perfect basis for ECM in BAUER.
There are various projects in the SharePoint environment, such as, the digital construction site or the migration to SharePoint 2016. Besides that, interfaces to other systems must be implemented, such as to the ERP system, the CRM system, the workflow management system and other external systems. Another important point is the standardization and globalization of SharePoint in the BAUER Group.
Responsibilities
Development and maintenance of SharePoint solutions
Requirement analysis and documentation
Designing and Developing .NET Web Applications with C# for Microsoft SharePoint
Designing and Developing Add-ins for Microsoft SharePoint
Participating in regular Scrum and other team meetings
Counseling the departments and check the requirements
Monitoring the SharePoint System
Requirements
A Bachelor's / Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent combination of experience and education
Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint 2013+ and .NET Web Application development
Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint 2013+ CSOM, SSOM, ASP-NET, XML, JavaScript and REST interface
Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio
Advanced Knowledge in OOA (Object-oriented analysis and design) and Object Oriented Programming concepts
Advanced Knowledge in Document Management Functionalities
Advanced knowledge of creating Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Add-in
Advanced knowledge of creating and deploying ASP.NET MVC, WCF, Windows Services
Knowledge in Standard Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge of TypeScript would be excellent
Knowledge of Out of the Box SharePoint features for Enterprise Content Management, SharePoint Search and its customization
Should have worked with at least one of the JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, Ember JS, Knockout JS
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server and Team Foundation Server
Ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Creative and innovative thinking in terms of requirements and solutions
Good English language skills in speech and writing
