Position: Lead/Sr/Mid-Level .Net Fullstack Developers
Location: Hyderabad
Duration: Fulltime

POSITION PURPOSE:
Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and enhance new and existing applications to improve and expand client's digital capabilities. Direct involvement with the development lifecycle, including the agile mindset. We seeking motivated developers to build out a revolutionary digital services solution embracing cloud based, API driven, and modern standards. It will use Microsoft based technologies (Azure, C#, SQL Server) and employ an Agile practice with consistent review from the digital and business stakeholders.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analysis, design, coding, implementation and support of large-scale applications
• Prepare high quality documentation pertaining user stories and technical requirements.
• Participates on feature teams, supporting business and digital stakeholder requests.
• Proactively monitors and identifies opportunities for improvement on digital platforms.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• In User Interface solutions, provide development leadership and value-add recommendations towards usability, UI design, development, and all aspects of application development life-cycle.
• Work within an agile development environment, Scrum and iterative development.
• Apply knowledge of software best practices like test driven development (TDD), business driven development (BDD) and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
SKILLS:
• Demonstrated experience maintaining platforms in a production environment.
• Understanding of software development processes and criticality of various kinds of software testing-unit, smoke, system, integration, and root cause analysis, etc
• Understanding of code manipulation and optimization issues
• Working with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server
• Agile and Scrum software development methodology
• Knowledge of Application Development/Software engineering of N-tier architecture in a Microsoft .NET framework
• Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of IT and business management and skilled at summarizing and communicating complex technical concepts/strategies.
• Solid understanding of navigation schemas, interface designs and UX principles
API development - C#
• Design, development, and deployment of mission-critical APIs hosted on IIS
• A "security first" focus, with API services designed from the ground up to protect client data
• RESTful API development – ideally you will have worked on an API that is consumed by other developers outside your organization
Database technologies - SQL Server
• Table and view design
• Stored procedures
• Bulk file loading and processing
• Data validation
• Exception handling and reporting
• Batch processing / automated processing
• Database optimization
• CLR stored procedures
Web application development - multiple technologies
• Development of web solutions using a combination of server and client-side technologies
• A "security first" focus, with applications designed from the ground up to protect client data
• Server-side development using C#
• Client-side development including JavaScript and jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript libraries such as React or Angular
Additional Responsibilities
• Develop high quality extensible and reusable code solutions for our clients in accordance with our coding standards
• Develop code and release through multiple environments in a timely manner
• Maintain documentation and deployment procedure for existing applications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• C#, .NET 4.6, Visual Studio 2015/2017 experience
• SQL Server 2014-2017 skills, including ability to troubleshoot, and optimize tables and queries. Strong T-SQL. CLR development a plus
• Experience with Azure cloud services, including setup and configuration of appliances
• Azure development experience (Workers, Redis Cache, Blob Storage, Azure APIs, Functions)
• Azure API Management
• Should be familiar with ADO.NET
• WCF, Microsoft Workflow, Business Rules Framework are a plus
• Familiar with Service Oriented / Domain driven architectures, and strong object-oriented design concepts
• Unit Testing
• Familiarity with SQL Server and NoSQL databases
• Proven problem-solving skills, ability to systematically break down issues
• Ability to prioritize task and maintain high communicate with team members
• Ability to pick up new languages and adapt to new technologies
• Agile software development (SCRUM or Kanban)
• Understanding of modern security concepts and best practices for securing an application
• Experience with Continuous Integration
• Experience working with Windows Server (especially IIS) strongly preferred
• Experience with GIT or BitBucket
• Experience with various JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience with jQuery
• Networks, firewalls, security groups, and general Azure infrastructure
• Configuration of clusters / load balancers
EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND
• Minimum 6-9 years' experience in application architecture or in software engineering/application development of N-tier architecture in a Microsoft .NET framework or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Web technology build, applying to product plans as well as day-to-day communications or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of web user interface design and development experience is required.
• Experience in web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript/JQuery, CSS.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/CERTIFICATION
• Four-year college degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Information Technology; advanced degrees or thesis preferred
• Microsoft or product specific accreditations are a plus
