Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Architect, configure, administer, and operate the Adobe Analytics platform to measure multi-channel, Omni channel,
predictive, as well as next best message campaigns.
• Hands on integrate Adobe Analytics with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
• Assess and audit the current state of platform configuration and accelerate remediation plans.
• This development role will follow the Agile/Scrum method to execute projects. Define tasks prior to a Sprint. Participate in
daily scrums to provide status.
• Work with digital marketing teams (paid media, social media, organic search engine optimization) for reporting in their
areas and merging of their statistics with web analytics, as needed.
• Work with product and marketing managers for timely implementation of changes in tagging due to site changes.
• Tagging schemas and specifications for existing and new sites and new site features.
• General knowledge of tagging and tag management, and the ability to implement the Adobe Analytics platform. Quality
Assurance and debugging of tagging as implemented by the Adobe Analytics developer
• Write tagging specifications and documentation that can be used by all Avalara development engineers
• Discovery and development of new analytics tools and sources of data.
• Accustomed to working with analytics tools’ APIs, RESTful URLs, etc.
• Proven experience in enterprise application within a J2EE environment including Java Server Pages, and related
technologies
• Proven experience in web analytics technology, either Adobe Analytics
• Strong skills in SQL and database design, jQuery, XML and JavaScript
• Proficiency in HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, SOAP, ExtJS etc
• Optimizing web solution and ensuring performance requirements are met
• Strong familiarity with search engine optimization and paid marketing of all types Statistical knowledge up to confidence
interval and statistical significance level, including bootstrapping (resampling)
• A/B/C and multivariate testing (Adobe Target)
• Excellent data visualization and presentation skills
