Qualifications:
Substantial expertise in modern programming languages such as Core Java/Python
Experience of logical and physical data modelling
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and libraries is a plus (optional)
Knowledge of Electronic Trading and Algorithmic Execution (optional)
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to take a hands-on approach to identifying and optimizing existing code and code developed by other team members
Experience of working with team members from other global locations and in multiple projects / tasks simultaneously
Essential Skills
Bachelor Degree with 8+ years of IT experience
Core Java, Spring, Oracle coherence, Database (Sybase, MS SQL), Perl and Shell scripting
Strong communication skill
Engineering / MCA degree from an institute of good reputation
