Job Description :Team Lead (Software Development) The Associate Team Lead will be part of an Order Management System product development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack. The ATL/TL will provide technical and team leadership through hands on delivery, coaching and mentorship. Duties and Responsibilities Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices. Collaborate with developers and architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications built on Microsoft technologies. Assist in the documentation, estimates and work plans. Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code. Package and support deployment of releases. Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget. Skills and Experience 8 to 12 years of total experience as a Senior Software Developer/ATL/TL 40% team handling and 60% into development. Experience in handling team.
