Ensuring 100% completion of registrations/renewals within due dates, pertaining to Provident Fund, ESIC Codes & Sub-codes, Profession tax, Labour Welfare fund, Shops & Establishment, CLRA etc Ensuring timely remittances within due dates pertaining to PF, ESI, LWF & PT Ensuring a seamless employee experience pertaining to ESI card availability, and management of PF withdrawal & transfer requests Ensuring that all applicable statutory registers are maintained, that all Returns are filed within their respective due dates, and that all notices are closed on a timely basis Build compliance capability of Store Managers by circulating Awareness mails to Store managers on a monthly basis, obtaining Compliance declarations from Store managers on a quarterly basis and imparting the requisite compliance training to store managers on a periodic basis Implement the Wage Protection System in Kerala, build a framework around compliance reporting, manage compliances on the compliance tool, Management of Audits etc
Reporting to The position will report to the Head of HR Shared Services & Rewards
Competency requirement - Domain expertise in both payroll and establishment compliances - Ability to work seamlessly with stakeholders such as vendors, Finance team, HR team etc - Ability to initiate and bring about change - Results orientation
Education - bachelors degree from any institute and in any field. - Masters degree would be preferable
Experience - About 7 to 12 years of experience in Human Resources, out of which at least 3 to 4 years should have been in managing compliances at a national level across multiple states
