Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Architect to join our tech team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic developer, eager to learn and grow using modern technologies. You would be responsible for writing server-side web application logic in JavaScript and/or variants of it, along with defining and maintaining databases, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end & beck end.
As Architect, you design and develop applications which able the business to respond to changing demands in a fast and effective way. You will be working in a team of highly capable individuals that design and develop software application for our customers based in US and Europe. You will play a leading role in our project, product development or product improvement teams. You will contribute in knowledge sharing by writing blogs and articles as well as speak in internal and external events. You will use Distributed Agile methods and Enterprise Java to develop state-of-art solutions for our customers. You will develop good knowledge of Agile Practices and methods such Scrum and XP, and work in self organizing teams.
7+ Years of Experience and Graduate/ Post Graduate in IT.
Skills - Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Angular1/2/3/4/5/6
- Should be able to lead the project from the beginning and do architecting and designing in these areas
- Knowledge of Agile and automation testing would be a big plus (desirable)
- Strong programming basics, with clear understanding of Object-Oriented and Functional programming.
- Expertise in Java EE design and programming, solid understanding of multi-tiered web-based applications
- Strong understanding of RDBMS databases, JDBC, and database access technologies (Sybase, DB2 preferred but not required), solid SQL skills
- Experience with Web Service development (REST/SOAP)
- Working knowledge of Spring MVC (or similar) framework and design patterns
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries (AngularJS, jQuery, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Understanding of requirements of large enterprise applications (security, entitlements, etc.)
- Experience with standard set of Java developments tools including IDEs, build frameworks, source code control, etc.
- We expect you to be updated with Java technologies.
- Hands on experience with JMS, Spring & Hibernate preferred.
- Should have strong acumen in problem solving skills.
- Strong OO design skills and implementation of design patterns.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams to define and deliver on projects.
- Sound understanding / experience in software development process, test driven development.
- Experience writing Junit test cases.
- Experience with Multithreading, Concurrent Package, Data Structures and Algorithms.
