Technical background with Dotnet/Java is required. 3. 3-6 years of experience in Team management or in Project Management. 4. 8-10 years of project management/business analysis experience required 5. 8-10 years of leading/managing a mid-sized development team with team members spread across different locations required 6. Experience interfacing directly with US or European clients within Capital Markets required 7. Experience with setting up and leading level 1&2 production support teams required 8. Experience in SDLC and Agile development frameworks required 9. Experience in business process re-engineering, business systems analysis, process improvement involving broad-based information systems utilizing tools and techniques required 10. Experience working on global development teams with 24x7 development capabilities required 11. Experience with Order Management Systems (Charles River, Longview, Bloomberg AIM) preferred 12. Experience with Capital Markets Data Services (Bloomberg, RIMES, IDC, Reuters) preferred 13. Experience with Accounting Systems (Eagle, Portia, Advent, SS&C) preferred 14. Experience with data management products (Markit EDM, Goldensource, Eagle) preferred 15. Ability to collaborate effectively with other members of the tech team, including the use of collaboration tools, source control, documentation and bug tracking 16. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and changing priorities 17. Strong written and verbal communication skills 18. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 19. Possession of a B1/B2 US Visa preferred 20. The candidate should be ready to move to the next level/promotion. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Master of Computer Applications (CPA) preferred.
